2018年10月11日-14日，柏林工业大学Alexander Carmele博士来我所访问并作了题为“Non-Markovian quantum feedback control of photon statistics and quantum many body dynamics ”的学术报告。并与研究所的师生就与报告相关的内容进行了有益的讨论。此次访问加深了我所在相关领域的认识。
Alexander Carmele completed his PhD in physics at the Technical University of Berlin in 2010. After and during his PhD, he visited Prof. Weng W. Chow at the Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque. In 2012, he received the Feodor-Lynen award from the Alexander-von-Humboldt Foundation and moved from 2012 to 2014 to the group of Prof. Peter Zoller at IQOQI in Innsbruck, Austria. He is currently senior scientist at the TU Berlin and principal investigator within the CRC910 “Control of self-organizing non-linear systems”. He has published more than 50 papers on semiconductor quantum optics, non-equilibrium phonon dynamics, and nonlinear optics.
